Founded in Brooklyn, NY at the start of 2025, our organization was born out of necessity by an engineer who saw the lack of quality, care, and personalization in the technology services offered today.

We believe in getting things done, not talking about getting things done, but actually making sure it happens. No Outsourcing
We don’t outsource our work to other companies, or countries. Every solution is made in house, and every plan stays between us. All advertised services are performed in-person, or remotely as needed. It’s the 2020s, we have so many different ways to solve problems, but few know how to do it; today we bring those few to you.
fast response times
For many companies, artificial delays are put in place to drive demand, slow response times, and degrade the quality of the customer experience; we don’t believe in that methodology. When you reach out to us, all gears are set in motion to prioritize getting your problem resolved as soon as possible.
Your business is our business, and without you we wouldn’t be here. We treat every issue with the highest level of urgency.
Same-day Turn around
We also believe in same-day turn arounds whenever possible. This means that the same day you submit a request is the same day a technician is deployed to get what you need done, done. So long as we have the proper tools, availability, and time, we can get it done.
For almost all other providers out there, this just isn’t possible due to bureaucracy, artificial wait times, and too many links in the chain of command. As we said previously, we’re an organization run by engineers, we get things done today because we don’t have to answer to a shareholder tomorrow.
Experienced technicians
Inexperienced technicians pose risks to the quality and reliability of work performed for residential and commercial clients. We understand this, and we plan for this, which is why we utilize known talent with long track records of satisfactory work. Our technicians are also insured with general liability insurance to ensure the customer’s property is covered in case the unexpected happens.
This filtering pre-process we conduct saves a lot of time for both us and technicians as we don’t have to micromanage, thus preventing friction between any of the parties involved. It’s also important to note that we aren’t against training technicians, no, we offer many resources and high level technical documents and instructions for new techs as well as those we deploy.
Being an engineer and a problem solver means learning something new everyday and relearning the basics to keep your foundation strong. Any technicians that want to learn we gladly accommodate when we can.
